It went extremely well. Contact by phone was very easy, calls returned promptly, scheduling was convenient. Work appears immaculate to me. They explain what they are doing, are happy to converse about design of the work and consider options. They easily integrate wth the framing and insulation we have underway in the space where they are installing the lights and fixtures. They consider price in their recommendations, seeking to save cost where possible. But they are pretty expensive. That should be expected though when hiring electricians. After all, we need done what they know how to do and we don't, so we're sort of over a barrel if the project is to proceed. I can say from experience that this company is no more expensive than another popular electrician in the area we have used, I think they all charge more or less the same high rate. Overall I think the price was fair. We've scheduled them three separate times for this project, they've always been prompt in every aspect. We wouldn't have done that if we weren't satisfied with the work. Overall, highly recommended for residential remodel.

Both worked in very cold outdoor conditions, They worked until the job was done.

They were okay. They didn't actually wind up but spent quite a few hours there but they didn't actually wind up doing work that needed to be done. I have bread and breakfast and I needed electrical work and wanted the TV's plug-in to be right behind flat screen TV and they actually wound up wiring the one and the rest they tried and couldn't do it and they charged me $500 and I wasn't really thrilled and they did okay. They tried and spent a lot of time on it.

This was the second time I had used their services. I would use them again.

It took them four hours to accomplish not even half what I requested but in this old house, I guess it just wasn't possible. Still think they overcharged.

They were great. They knew what they were doing and worked very quickly.

They were hard workers; they worked until the job got done. They were extremely knowledgeable about what they were doing. I have not gotten the bill yet. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.
