Exterior Painting
It was a major change in the colors (from pastel yellow to dark green, with mustard yellow trim and tan accents). We had an original estimate for $4,000, but the fact that his people purchased the Sherwin-Williams paint below the level specified in the estimate, and because of the enormity of the change, the painters had to do two coats in many places to get the color correct. They did the work, and the final paint job looks quite good. But the job came in about $500 over budget.
