+ -1 moreWe found out that the owner sends the truck with the lift. That makes the whole process slower and that drives up the price. They under estimated the job when they knew it was a big job. I am glad we packed our fragile items. They arrived late and the whole job lasted 8 hours. It was raining which made the whole situation worse.
Description of Work: We packed and they came and picked up and unloaded our belongings at our new house. They charged by an hourly rate.
