Superior Roofing

Bid process and all around contact with Dennis was good. Overall the roofing process and crew were really good as were the Soffit and Fascia crew. Both of those crews seems to be part of the company. They did good work but did leave a few parts incorrect, like the metal between the fascia and the roof line, causing another team to have to rip the corners so it does not look very nice. When it came to the gutters it was a different company. While I communicated how I wanted it to Dennis, which was the same as it currently was, the new company did not do that. They did come and fix it but I still have small problems because of it. Not sure where the communication breakdown was but it was a little frustrating.

Great job. They were here when they said they would be, did the job right and charged just what they said they would. We will have them do the rest of the roof.

Very good experience. I had contacted others, and they seemed to act like my and quot;littleand quot; job didn't deserve the attention given to it by Dennis.
He gave a very competitive quote and did the job right. Due to the crazy weather we have had, he couldn't do the job when it was originally scheduled but he took the time to call with an apology and explanation and to reschedule the work.
His crew was on site when he said they would be and completed the work in a timely manner. They cleaned up the site before leaving, including using a magnet on our rock driveway to get any dropped nails.
We had a few other little issues on the garage that needed attention - additional decking that needed to be replaced, some fascia work, etc - that were not on the original quote, but was done at the time of the main job and billed at a very reasonable rate.
I am very satisfied with the work performed by Superior Roofing and have absolutely no problems recommending them to others.

Several rain delays caused them to have to postpone from the originally scheduled date of the service, and Dennis was very prompt about calling and letting me know that, and that was no problem. Once the weather allowed, they showed up promptly to get the job done. It went very smoothly with no problems and they were done with the job in about a day and a half of work. They cleaned up and removed all of the debris from the old roof. Dennis showed up within a day or two after the job was done to check it and see that we were satisfied. And we were. From start to finish, it was a good experience, and now with the large amount of rain we've been getting recently, we are glad we we got the roof replaced.

It went very well. The workers were very polite and did a good job. There were a couple of things that were not originally done up to my standards, but when I informed the owner he came out and fixed them. I would definitely recommend them.

We were pleased with the work. They were on time and came when they said they were going to.
