Tyler and Dave covered the carpets, wrapped the old water heater in plastic and removed it, re-did the plumbing as needed. Very professional team, friendly yet focused. We paid a small amount extra to have the desuperheater pipes (from the geothermal furnace) reconnected to the new water heater - definitely extra work for them and beyond the scope of a normal water heater swap. (The desuperheater uses cast-off heat from the geo cabinet to heat water stored in the water heater, cutting down on the work the water heater needs to do.) The work area was left clean. Kim (at the office) was also a great help in answering pre-install questions and getting the work scheduled. We will continue to use R&D for our plumbing needs.

They were busy, but worked us in and were able to identify the problem immediately. Reasonably priced.
