+ -1 moreHe basically gave us a quote for $0. When I asked him how much it would cost, he told me that he would have to cut holes into my ceiling before he could give me an actual estimate. His partner was bouncing off the walls, and they couldn't even agree on what needs to be done. After the estimate, he kept calling me repeatedly. He looked, smelled, and acted in an unprofessional manner.
Description of Work: He came to give us an estimate.
