"This client was very nice and pleasant. I was able to give her more in her bathroom than she expected, including a separate tub and shower, larger vanity, integrated laundry room. I was surprised to see her comments because she was very pleased and asked me to give her bids on her other bathroom and kitchen. I gave her a firm bid (which is my practice), but experienced many unexpected plumbing and electrical problems. The under floor heating and the tile was awesome, I have done under floor heating several times, and she was very pleased. She told me I could use her as a reference and have on several occasions. I don't know if new customers talked to her. I did not do side jobs during her job. When I start a job, I stay and finish it. I did have my crew on another job which took more direction than I expected it to, but I finished her bathroom on time, according to the calendar I gave her when I started the job."
