Excellent from the very beginning. I asked for bids broken down by each step as we wanted to do in phases and do what we could on our own. The estimates were provided very quickly, they were clear and reasonable quotes and we signed off on them and were provided a copy. When we asked for a change we were immediately apprised of the cost difference and provided a new quote. We always knew where we were with the cost on the project; and that was important in our situation.
Butch Snyder/owner of ICS gave us good recommendations on how to minimize some costs with no affect on quality. Work was of a very high quality, done on time, and they kept the work area very neat. They were flexible on their work hours and very respectful of our schedules.
