It took 2 young men approximately 45 minutes to do the job. The radon fan is functioning. My complaint is this: 1) approximately 25 feet from the radon stack in the middle of the attic where they found an electical box to tap into, they did not neatly cut the wire apparently as I now have the balance of wire curled up in a heap, and 2) at that same location, a 6 foot crack appeared in my ceiling below. I can't PROVE they did this but it is HIGHLY coincidental in timing and location, and 3) when I called to complain, the one managers' response was "good luck with that one!" As you can see, this company was very unprofessional. I am not even certain if either of the 2 young men sent out to my home are certified electricians....
