They came when they said they would, brought two men so they could address the issue on both floors working as a team, and "engineered" a fix for the problem that worked for my situation. They devised a drain back into the basement so that the washer wouldn't freeze on the porch it is on in the severely cold weather. Just what I wanted. A simple, workable fix.
Also problem solved with me to address the difficulty I was having changing my under the sink water filter. Came up with a good solution that has worked.
Good problem solving, efficient work and respectfully done.
