THOMAS HY-WAY 5 INC

I first started to sign papers for a 2006 Ford Taurus SEL with 49,901 Miles on it. I had first made them fix many things on the car before I would even sign the papers. I had it for 2 days before they had it back to fix a misfire that was caused by an O2 sensor. Once I got it back the service engine soon light was off for about 1k miles then it came back on ERG vale that was also causing a misfire. Keep in mind this is all with in the first 30 days ok. Then it now needs struts rotors springs wheel bearings front sway bar links and sprak plugs and wires within the first 30 days. Now we are at 35 days after I signed the papers. The dealer has to repair a part in the transmission. Everything was ok for a couple of days. Now here we are a month later in Sept. And now it needs a new transmission because it ran low on fluid to many time and then got drove which has caused the transmission to burn up. With in the first 30 days I paid over $1 in payments and put over $1k into it I would think that's the kind of customer you would want to treat right and make sure their happy with everything because not everyone will pay that kind of money in the first 30 days. They don't care about the customer and everyone I have talked to about this dealer has had some sort of horror story. Another thing with this car and I would randomly loose steering where I couldn't move the wheel at all it would just lock up as I was cruising down the road at 45 mph and it wouldn't turn so I had to jerk the steering wheel super hard just to get it to turn and then something snapped inside. The dealer will not contact you when you try to get ahold of them. This is by far thee worst car dealership I have ever went to and they lost me and many others in the future and past as customers. I do not recommend this dealer and I do not recommend buying a car from here for your family to ride in from both experiences with the vehicle I had and the hear say I've been told by previous customers.
