They came 1 day early, before the scheduled date. They replaced the old modem quickly for free. General Comments: 1. Because we live 5 miles outside a small rural town, we have only minimum DSL speed, and that is not satisfying, but we don't have any decent alternatives. 2. Quality of phone tech support has been variable -- sometimes good, sometimes only fair.
