Robert did a solid job of sealing up my attic to prevent bats from reentering and getting into the living space of my house. His estimate was very reasonable, although it only included sealing and exit removal, not any cleanup of the attic which several other providers included in their estimates. He is knowledgeable about his work, and was able to squeeze us in earlier than he originally anticipated. There was a bit of confusion regarding the removal of the one-way exit as we were under the impression he would return in a months time to collect it, but after two months and several phone calls I decided to just remove it myself as he seemed to have forgotten the original conversation.

It went great. Richard did everything he said he was going to do, for the price he quoted. While he just finished up today, his work on ridding my house permenently of bats is guaranteed.
