VALUE REMODELING LLC

I contacted this general contractor to roof my large uncovered lanai. The lanai is irregularly shaped and is bordered by a lap pool. I wanted the roof to go with the shape of the lanai with enough overhang and drainage as to never get my feet wet on the lanai. Other contractors wanted 4 times the price that Gary (owner) quoted, and none but Gary would do the job as I wanted it. The carpenter assigned was excellent, the work was above par, but like everything in Hawaii it took forever to finish. I was constantly asking for the schedule, and constantly complaint about cleanup at the worksite. HOWEVER, this is simply a fact of life in Hawaii but it was my first taste. Jobs and schedules with all of these companies are heavily booked and each are competing for resources. As long as you understand that going in, you will really enjoy and be pleased with Value's product. I recommend them and I will be using them again in the next few months. My lanai is covered as I wanted and I've loved every minute of it.
