I had a low tire pressure warning light on the dash board of my Leaf. Come to find out I had a rupture in the sidewall of my tire. They identified the problem and had a replacement tire in stock. The work was done in less than an hour. They also did a complimentary inspection of the vehicle. All checked out well. It gave me peace of mind knowing their professionals had checked my vehicle. They even washed the vehicle when they were done! I paid the same amount I would have at the tire dealer but had a Nissan Tech work on it and replace the part with what it came with from the factory. I will certainly be back!!

Whey informed me that they would have to pull and rebuild the engine at a cost of over $5,000. This was on my 1994 Nissan 300ZX twin turbo. With the help of a friend I rebuilt the engine including new piston rings, new gaskets and machined the head for just over $1,000. It really wasn't that hard. Usually I don't have a problem paying a little more for a dealer to perform the required work as long as they can do it right. Unfortunately not only was the estimate excessive but I also lost confidence in their ability to do good work on my vehicle over the timeframe that I used them. Recommend trying your luck elsewhere.
