Insolid installed solid surface shower walls and flooring, and vanity counter/sink in bathroom. Service provided was as agreed upon, no problems encountered, and quality of installation was very good, very solid installation, with no leaks or seams. I would contact them for future projects.

The InSolid staff/crew did an exceptional job. The shower and countertops are beautiful. Ashley showed us around the showroom with all the different shower styles, countertops, sinks, etc. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She visited our home for measurements in order to prepare a very detailed quote. Ashley also patiently answered our numerous follow-up questions and helped us make our final choices. Donavan visited our home and prepared the templates for the shower and countertops. He was very efficient. He asked pertinent questions to ensure that we would be happy with the finished bathroom. With ceramic tile on one wall and the floor, transition from the shower was a concern. He asked questions and gave options that resulted in a smooth transition and a beautiful final product. Doug and Keiton did the demolition and installation. These two guys worked very hard. They were very professional, neat, efficient and respectful. They did ?Solid? quality work and did all they could to stifle the noise and protect our property. There were no shortcuts. Everything was first class and professional. As a result, we ended up with a beautiful handicap shower and bathroom.

Insolid team is excellent, a real pleasure to work with. The quality greatly surpassed my expectations. They were clean and on time.

Ashley, of InSolid in Waipahu, worked with my husband and me from start to finish. She showed us possibilities for a tub to shower conversion, provided an estimate, gave us adequate and quot;spaceand quot; to select the solid surface we liked, offered advice when asked, and was patient throughout our decision making process. She allowed us to use our own plumber when we requested, and worked with him to coordinate the job. The end price was exactly as estimated. All members of the InSolid team, from Ashley to the demolition crew and installers, were wonderful to work with! They respected our home and preferences, cleaned up after themselves, were pleasant and friendly, and did excellent work. We are extremely happy with the results and will recommend InSolid to friends and family, and use them again if the opportunity arises.
