First Class Roofing

I recently had my roof completely redone by First Class Roofing, and I’m extremely happy with the results. From the first consultation to the final clean-up, the team was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. They explained everything clearly, showed up on time, and did high-quality work with great attention to detail. The new roof looks fantastic, and I feel confident knowing it was done right. The crew was respectful of my property and kept everything clean throughout the project. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it really shows in the final result. I have never been so satisfied with the completion of such a major project. In the beginning I did not know how to approach replacing my roof. First Class Roofing visited the site on a Sunday which was the only day I was available. He explained what material would be used, what would be fixed and how the job would be done, after which I did my research. Their estimate came in comparable to other roofing companies. However, I selected First Class Roofing because of Bryan and his honesty. He went out of his way to make the project possible which was also completed on time. The house looks GREAT!! The color of the Malarkey shingles accentuates the new paint job that was also done. Mahalo Bryan for your truthfulness and help.

Bryan provided excellent communication throughout the process. He addressed all of the phases of the job, and more importantly, all of the deliverables were timely met. The crew lived up to the company name. They were a well oiled machine that was throughly professional and extremely local-style friendly. While dumping the roofing debris into their bin, they offered to dump some bulky items I was going to take to the landfill. Now that's what I call ALOHA!

Bryan was polite, thoroughfamiliar explained everything he was going to do throughly to include picking roofing material
