+ -1 moreI chose this company because we were doing a for sale buy owner purchase on a house. Kathy Thomas never returned my calls. She did not submit the required paperwork to my Mortgage Broker, I had to call and ask another First American Escrow officer to send this information to my mortgage broker and even then not all of it was submitted. I am writing this on July 1, 2010 and have just had a call from my mortgage broker saying that she has still not received all paperwork from Kathy Thomas, yet we are supposed to have everything back to Kathy by tomorrow in order to close on July 7, 2010 (this at the specific request of Kathy). I am very disappointed in her services and would recommend that this Company not be used for any of your title/escrow/closing needs.
Description of Work: Kathy Thomas was our Escrow Officer and in charge of closing for a FSBO sale.
