Russ from Duraclean carpets is excellent. I can't say enough about him. He cleaned my carpets on my 3 bedroom three story house when we decided to sell and came again to clean once the sale was final. We had cream carpets and six animals so you can imagine how they looked with the red dirt in Hawaii. He got out all the stains! I couldn't beleive how clean they looked and how great they smelled. He came very last minute to do our final cleaning. He is proffessional, flexible, accomodating and charges a very fair price. I also like that he owns the business himself. It is so nice to support a family run business. I would recommend him to all my friends!

I would not recommend them. They are a local company. There wasn't a whole lot that I liked. They just didn't do a very good job. In addition I had my sofa cleaned and they ripped the fabric on the sofa. They didn't do anything to fix it. They were a little high on their pricing. I will never use them ever again because their quality of work was poor and their responsiveness was terrible. They failed to return phone calls and they were supposed to come back do the work over but they never showed up. They were several hours late in getting here. They seemed pretty decent when then they were here. I don't want to deal with them again. They did their damages and I don't want them to come back.
