It looks like new floors. I had gotten estimates from other folks and he beat them not only in responsiveness but also in price. He actually came over and took estimates on Thanksgiving day. I just called him, he answered the phone, told me he would come over the next day and he even started the work that weekend. He was good and very professional. The price was very, very fair and reasonable. The price he quoted was more service and less than the service price given by another company. His work ethic was phenomenal. I would definitely use him again. Up front he also provided a list of referrals and said I could call them. He did a great job, I would give him an A+ if there was a plus.

Great experience. Rafal is a consummate professional. He was fair on his price and did exactly what he said he would do. He helped us move all the furniture and did a painstaking job on sanding the floor down and then applying the finish. Floors looked like new when done. He set our expectations and let us know which stains might not come out and all in all exceeded our expectations.

We learned of Da Vinci floors from neighbor who had used them. We were looking to have our original 1935 wood floors refinished. We found the estimate and the timeline (of work to be done) to be quite reasonable. Rafal worked with us to decide the color and type of finish that would work in our house. He kept us apprised each day of what was done and what to expect next. There was very little dust and clean up was easy. He was done when he said he would be. We are very, very pleased with the look and feel of our floors. We highly recommend Rafal and Da Vinci Floors.
