+ -1 moreCarol is completely competent. If the rent is due on the first, she gets it to be by the 29th. She's very good at finding contractors if there is a problem she cannot do herself.
Description of Work: I've been having Carol manage my residential rental property in Oahu since October. She charges about 10% of the monthly rental fee.
