Front desk was super friendly, got me in for an appointment very quickly, and was happy to help accommodate my schedule - considering my two year old! No work was done without consulting me first, there was absolutely no pressure, and no unnecessary work suggested. As a woman, I did not feel pressured or condescended to at all. Knowing a bit about cars, I always watch for that. Everyone was friendly, what could have been a real pain of an errand turned out to be quite easy!
