The rep., Kua, came out and explained the AC system and installation process thoroughly. We discussed several ways and routes the installation could be done. Kua did an assessment of our dwelling and suggested what size system would be adequate for our dwelling. The installation took less than 5 hours and the crew was knowledgeable and courteous. They cleaned up the area and thoroughly explained how to run and maintain the system. My wife and I love the system as it has met all of our expectations. I would recommend The Aire Conditioner Shoppe to everyone that is considering an air conditioning system. We’re cool on the Westside!

Neil and his folks are awesome beyond belief! I was referred to them over 12 years ago by a very good friend, and I have never regretted choosing them. Monte and the rest of the team's prompt servicing when requested ensured the first Fujitsu split system they installed last me 12 years despite hard use every single day. It was a no-brainer for me to choose them again for my second install just last month, and I love my new Fujitsu even more than my first one, even though i thought that wouldn't have been possible. Received a quote from another company but decided to check with Aire Conditioner Shoppe just to compare pricing. Upon making an appointment for an estimate, Kua showed up and was very informative and professional. He provided a lot of information on the specific unit we were looking to install. He then mentioned that the owner would call in a few days with a quote. A few days later we received a call from Neil. He was very direct, no non-sense guy but was fair. We were pleasantly surprised as the quote was significantly lower. We decided to go with their company. Once confirming, Neil said he would call with an appointment to do the installation. The appointments usually being less than a week. We received a day for installation, Neil stated that he would call in the morning to let us know when the team would arrive am/pm shift. The morning of install , we received a call for AM, the team came on time. Alex and the crew did an excellent job. They were able to complete the install within 2 hours. After installation, Alex was very good at explaining how to operate the unit via the remote. Everything went perfectly. We now can enjoy a much cooler home. Much mahalo Neil, would definitely recommend your company to family and friends.

Not yet repaired despite several valiant attempts this summer by Aire Conditioner Shoppe which has not, during this season, been able to reschedule me. The defective Fujitsu ASU9RL/AOU9RL is probably not repairable; AC Shoppe recommended a Mitsubishi unit. Throughout this ordeal, AC Shoppe staff has been very cordial.

They were actually able to meet by schedule and their price was reasonable. Overall the experience is good. The cost included new unit and its installation plus removal of old air conditioner. I will recommend them to others.

Communication with office not as professinal as I would have expected. Sales rep who came over covered options and equipment very well. The installation crew were very polite and did an execellent job. Price was very competitive. I've used this company twice and recommend them highly.

The lead installer, named Junior would not install the bedroom AC units on the side of the house as I requested.  He was so argumentative that I agreed to let him install it in the back of the house. I am SO unhappy with the completed job.  The installation is so ugly and the huge compressor is so  close to the water hose pipe that it's in the way .  There is  rain gutters screwed to the outside walls of the house to hide the AC hoses/lines. The company now wants an additional $2400.00 to move it to the side of the house. There was no contract signed prior to the installation.  After the installation, I signed an invoice of the items and on the invoice was information that was not disclosed prior to the job being done.  One of the clauses was that "All options were discussed fully and the air conditioning was installed as requested".  This is not true.  When I called the owner of The Aire Conditioning Shoppe and  tried to explain that I was not given the disclosure until after  the installation.  The owner became enraged and was continuously screaming  at me and even telling me that he has an attorney even though there was no mention of an attorney ever made. I would not recommend this company to anyone.  Their business practices are deceptive and unethical.  I would not have let them install the air conditioners if I had also known that there were clauses on the invoice that also states that they are not responsible for any water damage from air conditioner leaking inside or outside.  No refunds.  All sales final.  Warranty is void if a lizard enters the unit.  The owner never came out to meet with me or to oversee the job.  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Job was done correctly, on time by a very professional and reliable crew. No problems at all. Highly recommended.

Replace dead split A/C. Called office for estimate. Guess I spoke to the owner - I would not hire someone like that to speak to possible customers. Estimator came (early), talked up a storm, but really knew his stuff. Reviewing provided brochures confirmed validity of his 'at-a-glance' choice. Electrical setup team arrived and knocked out the setup. Hardware team ran late (2nd of 3 jobs that day, you know how that goes). Complained about the estimator's layout - drilling thru concrete wall easier said than done. Once the job was clear, busted their a**** working - solid team. To clean up boxes, etc and remove the old, heavy unit, their truck was packed full and piled high. It started pouring rain for this part, but no big deal - they still had one more job. Junior, Mike (?), et al did a good job.

Very professional and outstanding work. Much cheaper than other places I called. Installed the large unit downstairs and smaller unit upstairs. They ran the drain very cleverly and the electrician labeled everything and installed the lines quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use them again.

Very professional and on time. They installed split A/C for my living room area which keeps my office cool as well. I Will use them again for my bedrooms when I save up the extra money.

It took more than half a day because they had to drill holes through concrete block but they did a good job with minimal mess.

I contacted the company for an estimate, which I thought was quite fair. I could not decide on an exact installation date due to the holidays and other contingencies but Neal, from the company,  kept us up to date with several date options.
Once we decided on a date the workers arrived on time and completed the work by that afternoon, as promised. The work crew was very professional and worked constantly the entire time. They even took the time to explain to my neighbor that they would be doing some work at my house to be sure that they did not unduly inconvenience them.
At the conclusion of the project all of the a/c where demonstrated, all my questions answered, and the entire house / yard was left spotless.
I was very pleased. BTW, they installed the Fujitsu system and it is very quiet. The one in the LR by th TV does not even disrupt the volume of the television program were watching when the a/c is running. We could not be happier.

Overall they are okay. They came on time and they were very professional. They seemed to know what they were doing and they did it in a timely manner.
