Whitey's was recommended by someone living in my same condo building. I called Whitey's before I arrived on Maui. If you are on island, time is not as much of a factor and you can just give Whitey's a call and go from there. If you are not a permanent residence, then call ahead so Whitey's can clear time for your job while you are on island. He works one job at a time and was abe to block off time to do my job while I was on island.
