.Terrible.
A) Workers sporadically showed up and spent as much time on "breaks" as on roofing leading to job taking much longer than promised.
B) Underlying plywood was broken in several places during installation process. Contractor later admitted that, despite his recommendation to remove existing roof, it probably should have been just roofed over as other roofers had recommended. This despite his claim of many decades of experience.
C) Severe damage was done to house eves by driving long nails through plywood. Contractor refused to fix, or compensate for damage. Several subsequent contractors (painters, Solar installers and service people) were shocked that contractor would leave so much damage without repair or compensation.
D) Repairs to damage done is costing approximately $1000.
