I called and left a message for them to call me back.
The next day I got a call from Gavin and scheduled for him to meet me. Even though they normally do not sharpen on Saturday, because of my schedule, he agreed to this time.
Gavin met me at Longs in Pukalani when he said and sharpened all of my knives right there in his van.
He did a great job and it only took him about 15 minutes.
