Absolute Painting was great. We met with Conrad and Yolee in the summertime and arranged for Absolute to paint our place while we were off-island in the fall. They were responsive, punctual, and professional every step of the way, even though this was probably not a big job for them. (Not a given in Maui.) Their estimate was thorough and reasonable.  I had the sense from the first visit that Conrad and Yolee cared about their work and were intent on building a business with a solid reputation, and they didn't let us down.
The condo looks terrific. There are no sloppy spots-- every line is clean. When they encountered unexpected issues with the quality of the previous paint job that would impact their work, they contacted me immediately to explain the delay and the steps they were taking to fix the situation. I'm especially impressed with how nicely the louvered doors came out. And when we were underwhelmed with a color we had chosen for a border detail, Absolute Painting promptly scheduled someone to come back to repaint that area.
As a final note that could be helpful to people living in apartments or condos-- we live in a really *stuffy* condo complex where residents are always complaining about one thing or another, and contractor noise is often at the top of the list. Not only have we received no complaints from the time Absolute Painting was here, but our immediate neighbors made of point of telling us how impressed the were with the Absolute Painting crew's work ethic: they came in every day on time, worked hard, didn't blast music, and got the job done well.

Could not keep first estimated  start date because of weather interference on another job. However, notified us well in advance and met the next estimated start date. Competed the job within the original estimated work time.

Excellent quality of work on all aspects with good attention to detail. Responsive to requests for additional detailing that were not apparent until the beams had been painted.

We lived in our home during the entire process. Both Conrad and Joey are excellent painters and worked very hard to make sure that we were happy. They moved all the furniture and household items around to accommodate our needs.
We had blocked out 2 weeks for the power wash and exterior painting and another 2 weeks for the interior. The guys finished on time and made sure we were satisfied with the work before leaving. They did an excellent job! . We will highly recommend Conrad Reyes and his company to our neighbors and friends.

It went very well. We obtained several proposals and this was not one of the highest ones, but they were very professional and did excellent work, and did it quickly. They were also responsive and immediately addressed minor blemishes we pointed out.
The key to good painting is solid prep work, and they did that.

the paint job is wonderful. Very thorough. I have a large barn and the barn is big. Everything was painted well. The house looks new again. I feel i got my monies worth.

The original paint job was terrible. They did an outstanding job of prepping the place and protecting the floors. They sanded down the molding, repainted all the molding, doors and walls. He made suggestions for some changes that were very helpful. Conrad is knowledgeable, very pleasant, prompt and professional. It was a delightful experience and we would recommend him highly.

Conrad and his team are Absolut Quality Painters. This is definitely his area of expertise.
I have a big house sitting on over two acres surrounded by a perimeter redwood country horse fence and I'm preparing the house for sale so I gave Conrad a try at an estimate and exterior paint job. He showed up on time and provided me with a prompt estimate. He ended up doing such a great job on the outside, that I could not let him go without doing the entire interior also with two tone colors. He tackled this well. I asked him for an estimate on the fence and he provided me promptly with the estimate and also did a fantastic job painting over two acres of perimeter fence on both sides including the gates and the propane tank and the exterior barn. He always showed up on time and Conrad and his team were meticulous in prepping, calking and painting. Their clean up was also excellent. Once I saw how he meticulously cleaned his equipment after the first day on the job, I knew he had good attention to detail and would be an excellent painter.
I would definitely recommend Conrad Reyes for any painting job.

We don't live in Maui, but have two rentals. We interviewed two painters in person while on the island and chose Conrad Reyes. We live in California and I had to do most of the communication via email and Conrad was always very responsive. We are very pleased with the whole process. We had a bid that was less money, but somehow knew that we would get quality painting with Conrad. We set the dates ahead of time and he was on time, neat, respectful and did a meticulous job. We will definitely use him without hesitation!

Carlos has worked for us on several occasions, and his work is always outstanding. He was very meticulous and cleaned up after himself. In fact, he did such a good job with the clean up that you wouldn't even have known he was there except that everything looks like new. His prep work is great, too.
