Tom is one of the premier Maui realtors. He has been doing this for so long and has so much local knowledge. You can be sure of the information and advice he provides you. Selling a home in the current Maui marketplace is difficult with Tom's persistence and knowledge we were able to get it done! And nearly at asking price!
Once a home goes under contract the work really begins. Getting through all of the inspection and other knot holes is a daunting task. Tom worked hard with the buyer and buyer's agent to make this almost perfectly smooth! Bumps were added by me when there were any. Again, his experience helped me understand what was important and what was not and we sailed through a very short closing cycle.
Tom has become a friend and I would strongly recommend him to you if you are buying or selling a home in Maui. I think you will like his style and manner and I know you won't be disappointed.
