Very professional and knowledgeable. Worked expediently while being very focussed on ensuring that I understood the nature of the problem as well as all the appropriate corrective action options. Scott has great expertise and is quite willing to answer/explain everything so that his customers are well satisfied with his work. He was very pleasant to work with and will definitely be my go-to guy for any electrical/HVAC/appliance issues we encounter in Waikoloa. Mahalo plenty Scott!

I called Sears and another local repair service. Sears called back five days later, the local service didn't call back at all. Scott came the day after I called.
