house painters
+ -1 moreWe were overseas while he completed the job. We have rotting problems now due to water leakage. Our carpenter says that the painter--Mark Dunlap--did not apply a primer and used a water-based paint. I would recommend using him only if you want to pay a dishonest, scamming painter.
Description of Work: Mark committed in writing to a complete exterior job and priced his proposal stating that he would prime and use acrylic/oil-based paint. We were overseas while he completed the job.
