Attention to detail and very clean workers. Respectful of our home and our dog that had to deal with all the traffic and noise during certain times. Glad we found them and wouldnâ t use anyone else.

The work was done on time and with quality. I think it was a tad pricier than it needed to be.

Discovery Doors replaced my front door. It was sort of a special case since I had an existing sidelight I wanted to keep. It took a little extra time, but they were able to accommodate. The installers worked efficiently and even came back to take care of issue later on. The door is beautiful. I am very pleased.

They were horible. the door was not installed properly-they told us after one to two hundred uses it would work properly-we couldn't wait that long-we hired another contractor who installed it correctly the first time-in addition he also ordered the wrong size window pane for the door-cost an additional 300 bucks-for which he said he'd reimburse us for -never has -still wainting on that.

Greg was very thorough and professional and he delivered on his promises. He knows his stuff.

The work took much longer than I was expecting to get started. There was a finishing detail overlooked and still not done.

Greg was very helpful in providing an estimate for a damaged door, and working with my insurance company to get my claim processed quickly. He was always very punctual and responded quickly to any correspondence. Greg was a pleasure to work with.

This was by far my best experience with a contractor. Greg and his installer, Vladamir, were everything you hope to get when putting out the bucks for a new door. The door (we had a double installed) is absolutely beautiful Mahogony. You can really tell the difference over Fiberglass. And it was slightly less than the quotes we got on Fiberglass. Ues these gentlemen, you won't be dissapointed!

Fast, efficient, polite, reasonably priced

My overall experience with Greg and his company is a positive one. Greg has a huge selection of doors to choose from and provides good input. The installer pays attention to details and ensures the door is installed correctly. The only issue I had was that it took forever for the door to arrive (over a month) and I had to keep pinging Greg for updates of my door. I also had Greg install a new door between my garage and my house... It was done nicely by the installer (not Greg) but Greg had to reschedule several times before he could lock down a day to install.

Do NOT use Greg Baskin!!! We paid him $850 to install a steel door frame and steel door for our side garage door last year. He seemed great at first. He made the door open in the wrong direction but we didn't want him to have to redo the whole thing so we just dealt with that, no big deal. But then my dog bit the steel frame off the house and we have been calling Greg and leaving messages for AN ENTIRE YEAR asking him to please come back to repair the damage our dog has done. He NEVER returns our calls!!! We even said we'd pay him for it. HIS WARRANTY IS WORTHLESS AND HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT ONCE HE HAS YOUR $$$$. I

Worker showed up late with a bad attitude. Work was ok-not great. I have made 3 attempts to contact Greg but he does not return telephone calls or emails. Check was cashed immediately and promised rebate never materialized.

Greg and Vladimer did an outstanding job on our front enrty doors. We're very pleased with their professionalism and the quality of their work. Grey gave me a very competitive pricing for the door and installation.

They don't even know how to position the door knob. My door knob is higher than all my other doors. This is a front entry door. They ruin the door.
