The following copy of the letter I am sending to the company is my review. April 30, 2012 I chose your company for an estimate to repair storm damage on my roof because you had done my existing roof in 1992. Your receptionist made an appointment for May 2 but said that she would have to call back with a time after she heard from the estimator around 11:00A. I never got a call back. May 2, 2012 I called to find out if your estimator was coming and what time. The receptionist told me that it would probably be around 3:00P and that she would call back with a time when she got in contact with the estimator. I told her that I didn't want it to be any later than that and that I wanted a call back to let me know if he would be here or not. She promised she would call back. Again, I didn't get a call back. May 3, 2012 I called again. This time I spoke to a man whom I assumed was the boss. I explained the problem I was having and he said that he would send his son over the same day and that he would call me back with a time. A while later I got a call from the receptionist saying that he couldn't come that day because he was on Maui. We made an appointment for May 16 at 8:00A. May 16, 2012 Between May 3 and 16 no one had the courtesy to call and verify the appointment and to verify that the estimator would be here at the appointed time. Around 8:27A I called to find out what was happening. I got an answering machine so I left a message that we had an appointment and I wanted a call back to let me know if you were coming. Around an hour or so later no one had called so I called you again. I got the answering machine again. I left a message that no one had called back and that the estimator had not come; I said that I wanted an immediate call back from the boss. As of the writing of this letter I still have not heard from you. This is a poor way to run a business. Maybe you went out of business. Considering how unreliable you are that would be no surprise. At any rate, you will never receive any business from me nor will I ever recommend you to anyone. This is being posted on Angie's List as my review of your company.
