Kealii Tile & Hauling

Outstanding! I am a DIYer and was planning to do the shower pan and tiling in my 62 yo single wall house. After the plumber changed out the old iron corroded drain system. I realized I was over my head with this project and needed a Professional. To my rescue came Kealii. Asides from being a meticulous, highly skilled Tiler with attention to detail, and doesn’t rush things so he can get it just right. He’s a good communicator; lets me know what time he’s coming the next day, texts me the next morning that he’s on his way, and is on time. If there are changes with time or the job, keeps me in the loop. Those are a Huge part of my Customer satisfaction. He raises the Bar for Contractors. About the shower job, I know it was challenging for him cause this old house had crooked; floor, walls, and ceiling. Kealii and his assistant are both soft spoken, professional, and exceptionally polite local boys from the west side. This is a family run business and they have an obvious interest in the complete satisfaction of their clients. From initial contact, Kealii suggested money saving design modifications, ways to reduce complications in installation, and even offered advice on other projects we were doing.
They kept their work area clean and did not interfere with the normal functioning of our household despite being there for nearly 5 full days. They finished on time, on budget, and cleaned up completely.
The grout lines are exquisitely straight and the tile sealing was even and flawless.
I would recommend these gentlemen without reservation for any tiling activity! A++++++

From the time I first met with Kealii it was obvious he is a very skilled professional. He made recommendations to run the tile slightly on to the wall to give a more finished appearance. He advised a novice on tiling without making me feel stupid. Yesterday and today he and his apprentice started and completed the job. The tile was laid on top of concrete which had been covered by carpet. As it turned out there was two cracks in the floor that Kealii patched with material that should eliminate any concern.They were very organized and did all possible to keep dirt and dust to a minimum. They cleaned up beautifully. They even put the doors back on the jams for me. Kealii is a perfectionist which is a huge benefit to the customer. From using the highest quality materials to making sure all tiles are set exactly to the pattern requested, Kealii did it! The job came out just as I anticipated. Beautiful.

Kealii was the tile subcontractor hired by the general contractor we were working with. He was tasked with installing new porcelain tile on the bathroom floor and walk-in shower. Kealii does geat work, but in addition, he also takes the time to show and explain how he is applying the tile and why he designs the layout the way he does. He takes personal pride in making sure the layout of the tiles are visually balanced and aesthetically pleasing. I appreciated the fact that he gave us options on how the layout of the tile could be, but also provided his own recommendations based on his experience. Kealii was always polite and courteous, on time and conscientious regarding cleanup and follow up.
We are very happy with Kealii's work, and would use his services again if the opportunity arises.

The best part of Kealli's service is the quality of the work. He was highly recommended by the company who sold me the tiles. He is also extremely personable and professional. He called every time he said he would and completed the job, with an associate, in one day. He drew up a reasonable contract and estimate. I really have no idea how competitive the price was, but I trust the Kealli's professionalism. The tiling was beautifully done! I highly recommend this company, particularly for people on the West Side of Oahua, where it is located.
