Plumbing
We called Blue Star around 4 pm on Saturday; Dale answered the telephone
and arrived at our house 15 minutes after we called. He inspected the leaks and
advised us that we needed to replace all the sewage pipes. The house and pipes are
65 years old and the cast iron and steel pipes have rusted thru and must be
replaced. Dale estimated the cost would be $1,600. We called three other
plumbers before Dale and Dale was the only one who came out on this short
notice. Dale said his crew could come on Wednesday and it would take one day to
remove the old pipes and reinstall the new system.
The two man plumbing crew arrived at 9 am as scheduled.
Konan and Troy were very polite and professional. It was a dirty job. They
removed all the underhouse pipes in the morning and completed the new
installation after sunset. They worked very hard, were focused and did a good
job. Dale stopped by a few times with supplies, helped with the installation in
the late afternoon and explained everything to us during the process. They
removed all the old pipes and cleaned up afterwards.
The final bill was the same as the estimate, $1,600.
I would hire then anytime. This was the best plumbing
company and crew I have ever worked with.
