He promised the work would be completed in 2 weeks with no other jobs interfering. (It was a 2-week job.) Instead he took on job after job, appearing many weeks apart and not working full days. He thought this acceptable, while repeatedly requesting advance payment to insure he would return in a timely manner, but he never did. I hung on for 4 months until the amount of work completed matched what I had paid then I hired someone else to complete the job.

He does excellent tile work and has a good imagination for innovation. His carpentry is so-so. Only hire him if you can control his schedule.
