Beware of this company. “Keoni” aka Jon Mossman is formerly of Oahu Landscape. Ask him why the change in company. Took him months to complete my job, and what was completed wasnt even what was specified in the contract. For example, contract called for more expensive st augustine grass but he installed cheaper el toro grass and didnt tell me about the change in grass until AFTER he installed half the el toro grass! The sprinkler system he installed doesnt cover my entire yard, and the way he installed the sprinklers had the sprinklers spraying my house and sliding doors! Very poor quality installation. He complains about having to move rock around when i hired him to do it, told me he would complete job in its entirety by a certain date yet completely failed to do so - TWICE! He missed two deadlines that he agreed to. His excuses always changed from he is too busy with other jobs, his equipment broke down, etc. He requires 50% payment in advance and a 25% additional payment shortly after beginning work, which for me was after clearing the lot. If you decide to hire him i strongly suggest telling him no payment until job is completed in its entirety because of his reputation. “Keoni” shouldnt even be in business.
