Actually comes down to their scheduling & customer service! They started off good by stating â we can scheduleâ but if you call to change it then â if we can fit you inâ No one calls you, they only text and if you are dissatisfied they will text you â we can always remove you from our servicesâ . The actual are okay. DONâ T USE THEM!!

I bought the dethather for my lawns. I have two separate yards because of the position of the house on the lot. This guy did the center of the lawns, but he left a lot on the edges. If I want the edges done, I am left to do it myself.

They called me soon after I requested the service on Jan 13th and Kainoa came out the next morning to look over my job and provide a quote which I accepted. He said they work in Kailua on Thursdays so we scheduled for the following Thursday, Jan 20th (today). This morning I realized he didn't give me a time frame so I texted him at 11am and he said they had to "fit me in" but they would be here "for sure" "around lunch or a little after". He sits they would definitely call me before coming out. At 4pm they still weren't here but before I could contact him, he called me to say they were running late and wanted to reschedule me for tomorrow morning. Unfortunately, I won't be available tomorrow and didn't feel like having them come over to do work for the first time without me here. Can't comment on their level of work but being a pretty much "no show" and late call to follow up is no Bueno in my book.

Initial contact was friendly and professional. The first service was exceptionally good and I trust it will continue so that I can recommend this service to many friends.

Shan was absolutely wonderful to work with - she is extremely customer service oriented and always willing to go the extra mile. I had a budget which didn't allow me to pay the full price - but also needed intensive landscaping. She worked with me every step of the way, insuring that the appearance of my yard was done in the most efficient way possible. The two workmen that came to the property were very kind and understanding of my needs also.

I called and the person that organized this haul away, was very thorough about the process so they could identify the items I wanted picked up. She was able to provide the total amount that would be due. I was satisfied with the price and we were able to do our transaction over the phone. Workers that came were on time, and took all items onto their truck. It was fast and they were pleasant young men. I would definitely use them again.
