The first service crew on the scene arrived unprepared for the task - no camera, no tarps to maintain a clean area, and malfunctioning equipment. On the initial call we requested a camera, and they didn't bring one. Their and quot;snakeand quot; equipment was broken and they constantly had to pull back from the outside entrance to the sewage line to make repairs. We provided moving quilts to try and keep the area clean, and these could not later be cleaned. The crew spent the better part of a day getting very few feet into the pipe. We all knew there was a blockage and they were unable to identify where it existed. The second crew to arrive seemed more experienced and had working equipment, but again no camera. They made progress and then hit a deadend. At this point a backhoe was needed. We opted to get a different plumber at this point.

The girl answering the phones was bright, cheerful, and very prompt. I asked, desperate for someone to show up today, if there was any hope of getting the work done since the other guy never showed or called me. She put me on hold, checked with whomever, and came back on to ask if today would work. (YES!!)
Gabe, the plumber, came by at the pre-arranged time and did an EXCELLENT job!! No complaints!! He was very smart, fast, and did the work with a smile on his face!! I would highly recommend using this company.... especially Gabe.... for ANY plumbing needs!!
