Things went very well. Initial visit was to measure the area to be covered, and to select the desired color and style of blinds. Within about a week they called back to say that the blinds had been assembled and to schedule the installation. On the day of the installation, the work was actually completed ahead of schedule.

Shane provided excellent customer service. I called him and scheduled everything while I was in CA. I came to HNL and he met me in the lobby of my studio and showed me sample colors of the blinds! He was very understanding when the install date kept changing due to the problems I was having with my carpet install.
Shane and his dad came and installed the blinds, and it looks wonderful! His vertical blind prices can't be beat!!!
I called another company that I found on Angie's List, to get a quote for blinds, and they didn't even call me back.
