We had a broken skylight, and it was difficult to find some company to repair or replace the skylight.  All the skylight installers seem to be on another island.  But Mitch responded right away by measuring the skylight, and then shopping for a replacement.  The broken one was old, so the newer one measured about an inch in difference, but that did not affect the weather seal at all.  So he emailed us about finding a skylight replacement, and made an appointment to install it.  He showed up ahead of time, and installed it before we even knew that he was here.  It does not leak in any way.  The work and replacement together cost $312, which we consider very reasonable, and was a cost that was a relief to us.

The tile turned out beautiful! Mitch helped to get the people who poured the concrete slab to fix a crack in the concrete, which could potentially cause the tile to crack in the future. At first the mason was not too cooperative, Mitch and his dad were able to get him to fix it. In addition to the crack fix, Mitch installed Ditra under the tile to protect against further movement. Then he individually washed and dried each tile. Then sealed each tile and let dry. Then grouted and resealed each tile. The job turned out great and Mitch was very helpful and accommodating. He's very easy to work with. I highly recommend him!
