We have been in business on the island of Maui since 1996. We offer regular, personalized staff to insure your comfort and trust with the people in your home. Our scope of services include deep cleaning, maintenance cleaning, homes, offices and move in/move outs. Colleen's Cleaning is registered with the State of Hawaii General Excise Tax Office. We offer free estimates.

a few days after work was done the house was broken into and items taken could only have been know by those that had been in the house before hand. I am not saying that the staff came back to the house knowing that the home owner was in the hospital but, again, the items taken took some time, staff, and tools in order to remove them from the house. you can decide for yourself. a police report was done.

While I can certainly empathize with your situation, it is common knowledge that "break ins" happen in the [Member Information Removed] area quite frequently. I am licensed, bonded and have been in business for over 20 years on Maui. I have never had my staff accused of theft ,at any time, in these 20 years. The Maui Police looked into the allegations from your report and there are no charges filed against my staff or my business. I am very sorry that this situation happened to you and I wish you the best of luck in recovering your loss. We are a small community and theft hurts all of us."

When I called I asked if they did deep cleaning. I was told they did so I scheduled an appointment. When a very nice young lady arrived she told me she did not do deep cleaning just the usual cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms and dust, sweep and pick-up the rest of the house. She did a very good job but I really needed someone to clean deeper like the walls and windows as I was getting ready to sell the house. I had to call another company to come and get the house ready for sale. |

"I am sorry I was not given an opportunity to correct this situation. The customer never contacted me in regards to there being a problem with the cleaning. I would have been happy to work with her to complete the job to her satisfaction. I would be happy to give her a discount towards cleaning services in the future. My goal is to provide complete customer satisfaction."

I have great two story house upcountry on two acres. It was occupied by a tenant for 5 years that did no cleaning and the house needed a major deep clean.
Colleen responded to my voice mail within 24 hours and showed up with her team two days later to do a major cleaning. This was a huge project and required 45 man hours of work and her and her team attacked it well. All windows were cleaned, inside and out including skylights, all debris vacuumed all around, walls were scrubbed, bathrooms and kitchen were left spotless, the outside was power washed and all spider webs removed. GREAT JOB!
I would highly recommend her and will use her again in 30 days once the remodel project is over just prior to placing the house up for sale.

She is fabulous and so is her company. She is very responsive; she is a very nice person; and she has reasonable costs. She does a thorough job and employs good people. I have used her twice. When she did the work for me, I could not pay her immediately. She was very nice about it; I paid her a week later. I would say she is quite flexible.

Colleen has been providing either weekly or bi-weekly service for the last 5 years. The cleaning on the 31st was up to the usual standard. She always supplies trustworthy, dependable employees who do a very thorough job.

"I will try to respond to each comment made: Cust says we are not what we claim to be-unsure how to answer- who do we claim to be? I thought picking and choosing my clients are one of the privileges of owning my own business I took all legal measures possible when cust claimed jewelry was missing. Cooperated with police who found no evidence Interesting that cust says she would not call again yet she called at least 5 times after the incident wanting me to send someone to clean-I chose not to do business with her Seems to me that not asking for a reimbursement doesn't give the cust right to carry a grudge 2 years after the incident happened Customer agreed to rates upfront and if she experienced an employee leaving early she should have discussed that with me as it is my policy to always investigate and compensate She called for a re-di? Not sure what this means-and yes I chose to not return her calls as I did not want to do business with her As far as transient employees I do my best to hire long term residents of Maui. 2 years ago this was not such an easy thing but now all employees are long term residents of Maui."

I wish I could. She will not forgive. Will not return calls. It is a small island and her company is clearly the best. I pray that they will return my calls.
