Handyman Service
James helped us finish off a whole list of projects that had been put off for too long. While he is a fine handyman his skills are more like a craftsman. He removed and recut a cabinet to allow the refrigerator to fit under, repaired some water damaged bases under the sink and did some drywall repairs. Most impressive was the installation of an inner frame by the security doors to make them quieter and sealed better. I had no idea how to do just that, but James came up with the means to make it work and look better. Prices were fair and the work was scheduled and completed quickly. It is not easy to find a handyman that you have confidence in and are comfortable having on your home. James Mendes does terrific work and I'm happy to recommend him.
