Tory's did a fine job. They were professional and efficient. We were pleased with the entire process, from working with the estimator Ray Chaffee, to the final completion.

Very well. They were very professional when working here (over 1 week) and cleaned up after their work. We had one question and they came back and looked at it and made it better - although there was no problem.

Tory's Roofing had to reschedule once after the foreman came down sick, which is understandable.
Once we rescheduled for the following week, everything went well.
The foreman, Jessie, went above the call.
The crew started on schedule at 8 a.m. and, except for lunch, worked until the whole job was done at approximately 5:30 p.m.
They finished the whole job in one day, which was fortunate because there was a downpour just as they left.

They replaced all of the shingles on the hip-line and a few around the hip/gable intersection. In addition they installed new flashing at the hip/gable intersection.

The crew came on time and started to remove the old shingle, they had it done the same day. The next day they replaced with new shingle. They were very good about picking up old rusted nails with a magnet.

Experienced rocky start with their website scheduling and getting a timely proposal. However because they were willing to deal with the vinyl siding and the price being in the right range we went with them.
The lay down of the asphalt shingles was ok. The work on flashing replacement with regards to the vinyl siding was fair to poor.
They also made an error with ridge vents over our open beam ceiling. Corrections were made to our satisfaction.
Took a while to get the MDF warranty. Felt it should have been routine. They claimed the person that handled it was on vacation.
Other people say they are very happy with theirs. Guess we're their Murphy.

Everything went well .They were very efficient and quick and they did an excellent job. They price was reasonable.

Torys Roofing and Waterproofing, Inc., is a big known company, I have used them in the past and my mother has used them in the past. It was a very small job for them but, they were totally efficient.
