Integrated Plumbing Service LLC

Description of Work: We called our rental company because our apartment complex uses this plumbing service as our bathroom sink was clogged for approximately one week. We tried plunging the sink ourselves but called our rental company who called Integrated Plumbing to come to our apartment. We also expected the plumber to come earlier in the day and call to say what time he was to come but received no phone call. (Plumber came at approximately 4:45-5:00 pm) Plumber took a look at the sink and says.... "Do you want me to snake the sink?" He then proceeds to tell us that we may be responsible to pay his bill. I explained that we have tried to plunge and that we wanted the plumber to snake the drain. After snaking the drain the plumber pulls up a lot of hair that was clogged in the sink and asks me husband if we have been washing our hair in the bathroom sink. I told the plumber...."hello, do why would we wash our hair in the sink as we wash our hair in the shower and that our heads would not fit in the sink to wash our hair." To make a long story short.....the plumber reports to our rental company that "he suspects" that the tenants are washing our hair in the bathroom sink, hence, the clogged bathroom sink. I told the plumbing that I suspect that there are plumbing problems in our unit as we have had to report our toilet numerous time for overflow (three to four times) since we have occupied this apartment approx for about two years) and now the bathroom sink. Also is is noted that our bathtub drain runs slow. My experience with the plumber from Integrated is that he is lazy, sarcastic, and he caused our rental company to charge the plumbing service to us. I would not use this company again or refer this company to anyone. Very bad customer service and all over servicing.
