Gima Pest Control

Very trustworthy over the. 30 years that my parents used the company to treat their house for termites. An unethical termite inspector told the buyers of our home that there were termites in a certain part of the foundation to framework of the house. Gima said the inspector had no way of knowing unless he knocked part of the wall down. Gima was able to treat that part of the house within 48 hours so that the sale of our house could go through.

Mr. Gima is top notch. He actually was interested in exactly where my termite problems were. I asked that he pay attention to my attic and he personally went up in that hot, filthy attic and made it happen. He ran extra supply tubes into the attic and made absolutely certain that plenty of fumigant was discharged into the attic. I have had my house tented at least seven times since I moved here in 1985. The last three times, I have tried to get the exterminators to treat the attic because I kept experiencing termite droppings falling from the ceiling. Two companies prior to Gima flat out refused to fumigate the attic. Mr. Gima didn't blink an eye. It was hot, dirty and hard; but he went up there and got it done.
He also left the tent in place 48 hours instead of the standard 24 hours. I played night watchman both nights the tent was in place and also worked in my backyard on some projects during the daylight hours. Mr. Gima personally showed up several times over the two days to check on the integrity of the tent and make sure I got a good fumigation.
His crew was neat and polite. I felt comfortable with them in my home. They showed me a lot of respect. They were very careful not to damage anything.
Tent fumigation is a lot of work for the homeowner. You have to do all sorts of preparation. All your food has to be bagged. You have to move out of your house. Mr. Gima and his crew made what is usually an unpleasant experience pretty much not too bad. That in itself is an accomplishment.
They removed the tent, did the ground treatment, and cleaned up the mess.
It doesn't get any better than this.
