Stephen responded quickly to my request, ordered the replacement cords for broken shade, called and scheduled a time to replace the cords all in a timely way with good communication and friendliness. Warning! I hired DTS Designs for a plantation shutter install in early May of this year. After waiting more than 12 weeks for them to be installed, the owner Stephen Chin has now completely stopped responding to any attempt to contact him. It s been over a month since he has responded to me. At the time I hired him, I paid the 50% deposit he required for the job. He has not refunded the deposit or even responded to my request for a refund despite no work or materials having been delivered after 12 weeks of waiting.
