Lawn Service
Shawn kept the yards neat and trim for the rental where I stayed. We were there for about 2 1/2 months over the summer. He was diligent, courteous, he always kept us informed when he would be there and he always followed through. The yard was about an acre in size, with a variety of vegetation, from grass to palms to a variety of shrubs. Shawn did a great job of keeping everything trimmed and looking great. He worked fast and accurately, and was happy to adjust his schedule to make sure it didn't interfere with ours.
We were pleased enough with his work that we asked him to do most of a week's work on property we own in the same neighborhood. He cleaned up one of our vacant lots and took care of about 30 trees and shrubs on the property. Again, he did an excellent job. He cut grass and leveled almost two acres of weeds, planted many fruit and palm trees for us. He was reliable and trustworthy. If he said he would do it, I could count on it getting done.
For gardening and lawn care, he was great.
