Seemed okay until Brad insisted lanai covering HAD to be replaced and then it leaked immediately and he just had his son come and put glue between the pieces. Then about a year later FIVE places on mauka side of house showed leaks, and they are getting worse as he ignores them.

Seemed okay other than they put all CLEAR and flimsy covering over lanai, letting sun shine down where nobody would want to sit, and the flimsiness let rain leak down many areas. Insisted lanai covering had to be replaced when rood was done, but I still doubt it--and sure wish they had not cut in half the GOOD covering that was out there. Was instantly a noticeable leak in front onto porch railing which can't be good over time but has been ignored, though after a few times of me griping Brad's son came and slapped some glue between the flimsy lanai covering--which took care of at least some of the leaks. Now about a yr later there are black a areas showing in ceiling which doesn't surprise me since it would seem obvious that such a poor job would mean roof leaks! Every time Brad says he will come over he doesn't show up or comes much later when I'm not around, but it doesn't seem to matter. This house was having minor roof problems after me living here over 15 yrs and treating rust and recoating the roof every 3-4 yrs. ONLY decided to get a new roof because it is going to go up for sale soon, but would have been better off w the roof that was on it rather than paying thousands for one that no possible buyer is going to be impressed by. Also, told Brad wanted to go solar w this house so wanted an upgrade in roofing, which obviously did NOT get.

Bradley finished taping and floating ceiling which was not completed when house was built. The house is a plantation style house construction and needed to be banded for stability. Bradley completed this in a few days. The water heater was leaking so we had him install the water heater. Bradley hauled the old heater to the dump. He installed the gas pipe and slab so I can have a propane tank installed. He was on time every day arriving before 8 am and working until about 4 pm so he would have time to clean up and put tools away. His labor cost is about $35 per hour but the quality and professionalism of his work is well worth it. I would not hesitate to call Bradley again.
