It went amazingly well. I called to set up an appointment for him to inspect the vehicle. Although he is busy, he works with my schedule so I can bring the car by at my convenience. After inspecting the vehicle he determined what parts were needed, told me when he would be able to pick them up and gave me an estimate of the total cost of repairs to my vehicle as well as the amount of time it would probably take. I returned the following day at the agreed upon time, he did the repairs within the time frame and he was friendly and professional. I'm so glad to have such a wonderful mechanic!
