Sean Waddell Construction

Sean and his foreman Chris did a great job of repairing all of the dry rot on my home (approximately 200 linear feet), priming the new lumber, caulking and sparkling all of the work, pressure washing the house, and repainting the house and gates. Sean also replaced my bathroom light fixture, repaired one of our outdoor faucets, removed all of our raingutters, and filled the gutter downspout holes in the sidewalk with concrete. Sean was able to contact a roofer to take up and replace the shingles that needed to be removed to do the repair work as well as a company to replace the gutters. The whole project took about 3 weeks. Thank you Sean and Chris--the house looks great!

Excellent. The wall was torn down and rebuilt with minimum intrusion to our living conditions. Sean used material that are termite-proof and are engineered to last a long time. Some sections of the interior drywall were slightly damaged but they were fixed and repainted to exactly match the surrounding sections.

All work was done in a profession manner within budget and on time. Sean will adjust his price accordingly if problems arise and will not gouge you. He will always keep in mind your budget and time constraints. He will always give you options as to the best way to do the job. He always has your best interest in mind when doing a project. I have recommended him to others and will do so again. Sean is honest and reliable.

Went very well. Quality work in a timely manner. He was never late and didn't once ask for excess money. The bid was fare and if extra money was needed it was mainly extra day labor or certain materials. All on paper. Thank you Sean

Wonderful. All work was done to our specifications and then some. Work was done within our time frame, and we opened on time! We had some tear down, construction of 3 stairwells, painting, drywall, interior framing, moldings, installed industrial carpet, cabinets, tile. A lot of stuff! We have had no problems with any of the work of this company. Always good quality, rate and time. We would definitely recommend Sean Waddell Construction, again and again.
